BBQ, steamboat

For our July activity, we had a steamboat, BBQ session at the Templer restaurant (Opposite OK fish ball)
Mel and Emily each brought their friends to join us and all of them were the shy shy type.
The lil' gals (Emily and friends and Angel) kept saying they are very full but yet have space for ice-creams...
While Mel and his friends, who all resembles his young and cute characters kept eating and eating..
And the 'gor gor' and 'jie jie-s' just stopped eating after 2 hours of munching.

<< Emily and Friends

After, all of us headed to the church building to do some ice-breaking.
We began with our tradition: the WHO? WHAT? HUH? game
where Mel's friends got the chance to perform butt writing for us.
<<>

^ Butt Writing

It was continued by the self-intro sessions, the chopstick game and Simon says...

An enjoyable night for all of us.

Past months

Hey guys, it's been a period now since the last post.
We had a farewell for Ong Beng and George for their departure to Australia and New Zealand not too long after that.

Soon after that, we had our Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day spent in church all on the same day that is on the 14th of February. Many familiar faces appeared on that day as they were back in Seremban for New Year. Among them there's Julius, Milton, and their lil' bro, Jonah and Bro, plus Adeline from Singapore.

Please do include them in your prayers:
1. Some of us who will be going for the Cambodia mission trip on the 14th of March.
2. Our Youths badminton as our March event on the 28th of March.
3. Our dear Da ge, George had just dismantled his hand last week.
4. Khuen Fong who is not feeling well, he has sore-throat.
5. The Haiti and Chile victims, give them the help you can give in the mean time.
6. Those who will be sitting for their exams.
7. Autralia's having rain and hailstone which leads nto flood. Do remember the citizens there.

Apologies if theres anything left out.

May all of you have a pleasant day!

Help! Haiti

Err... The Haiti earthquake should be a worldwide issue and I suppose everyone knows the news. Just want all you out there who are reading the news and are concern to pray for the hard times the Haitian are suffering. Although we cannot be there physically, we can do lots of things to help. Never give up people! It is these disasters that gave human strength. We unite when calamity strikes. We become stronger each and everytime, but of course God is our hope and deliverance.

Time flies.. It really do.
You won't even realize that it's gone...
And now.. It's time for Beng and George to say byex2 to all of us..
They will be proceeding their studies overseas..
Beng's going to Australia, and George will be heading to New Zealand.
Why must it be so fast???

We had a Farewell gathering for both of them last Sat (16th).
It's a dessert party.
Everyone's supposed to bring a dessert or two to be shared with the others.
Auntie Ester took care of the rest.. haha.. Thanks ya!!!
We also had cheesecake made by Auntie Cindy to celebrate Uncle Kok Bin's B'day in advance.

Some of the guys were busy playing DOTA as usual,
while the two main characters of the day sat quietly watching TV (Funny right?)
Anywayz, we had some cute group photo together...
Too bad there are still some of us who can't make it to the party.
Calvin and Ariel too went home early, missing our cam-whoring session.

Dota time!!!

1 Christ, 1 Unity

Just as all of you had been there, we had our 1 Christ, 1 Unity Lock-in on the last 18-20th Dec.
Gotta apologize for posting it SOOO late. You know, there's always the time matter..
er... Dunno where to start. So... just let the pictures tell us the story.

You may proceed
v
v
v

In the beginning, there are groups. The were groups of four, the groups of fruits.

The Banana-s, Cikus

Team Strawberry and The Papayas

We were really glad to have Jun Ai, Jun Ning, Victor, Siow Foon and Jason in the house! haha...

Oh, we did spot some items on the 2nd say of the lock-in, check them out.
BEWARE of getting severe heart attack when you see them.

Item no. 1:

Beng and George. They had it so secretively that we only noticed it through their clothes.. XD

Item no.2:

Ariel and Aaron... Whoa.... Aaron, no wonder you say you are in a relationship ah.. hehe...

Item no.3:

Vern and Shyuan..lolz.. They both ran to church to escape the marathon.. XD

==================Attention! Attention!=======================
The news above is just for gags. Please don't believe anything stated above.
Oops, guess there's some sort of mistake. Sorry ya.

Oh well, lets proceed... >>

During the 3days of being 'locked-in' the church building, we did many things together.

We sang,

We danced

Had devotion... together

And lunch

We even played together...

and love each other so much that we even intended to BBQ each other...

lucky we didn't....
We BBQ the chicken caught by Ai Ting instead.

We also
Acted together...

We laughed.... obviously together...

And more laughs again...

There were SO much FUN!!!

We all had so much fun in the lock-in that the toilet bowl went rofl. LOLZ...
I meant it literally....

This Lock-in changed many things...
A Chair and an umbrella is not just a chair and an umbrella...

**Take note that the umbrella actually 'pushed' Jason to the floor...

Tim is no longer little Timmy but instead...
He's Professor Tim!

He's ought to have more fashion sense... (Look at his pants... lolz)

He was trying to make some type of potion to produce Powerpuff girls
And guess what....
Beng's hair and Victor's socks plays a big role in producing the superheroins...

Victor's actually a pro magician....

Edwin was a watch collector using the offering bag...

Michelle, Siow Foon and Sandra became princesses

who fought to kiss the Frisbee

Our originally Malaysian borned Beng was actually the legendary Korean footballer...
PARK-BENG-SUNG!!!

And Aaron... Became a ball...
The Stu-s actually won the World cup!!!! Congrats!!!

Oh ya, Beng's friends came along and joined us. But that they too had fun watching us...

Cheese!!!!!

That's all for the the photo blog for our Lock-in... haha..
Will end it with this cool pic of Jun Ai..

She looks cool blind-folded, rite?
